Step One

Start by reviewing the camp informational packet by clicking the “Camp Need-To-Know” button. Read over this for lots of camp details including packing list, rules, dress code, etc. During registration, you’ll come across a consent box that acknowledges you received and read this packet.

Step Two

Follow the “Register” buttons to access the registration website. Encounter Week is hosted by First Baptist Church Arlington, TX, so the registration page is on their website. The ONLY thing you need to do on this website is register. The process can be a little confusing, so read the information below to make it easier! There is an enrollment passcode you will need to register. If you need help, reach out to Ryan (ryan@fbcshreveport.org)!

If your student attended camp last year: Click the “Existing User” button and log in to your account.

If your student did not attend camp last year: Click the “New User” button and follow the instructions to create an account.
NOTE: For parents of 6th graders, during registration in the “Grade Entering, Fall 2023” field, put “8th.”

Registration Steps:

• When you’ve created or accessed your account, click on the Encounter Week image to begin registration. Select the student profile you want to register.

• In the gold “Enrollment passcode” box, use the code “camp”

• After submitting the passcode, a white “Encounter Week Youth Camp Partner Church” box will appear. Click “+Add Option” on the right side of the box, then “Save & Continue.”

• On the next page, for the question “Which church are you attending with?” put FBC Shreveport.

• Don’t worry about the guest box or listing friends! Your student will be placed with their friends!

• Continue through the process to fill out the forms and information as required. If you are an existing user, some of this information will already be submitted.
